agree  Tony M: I suspect it is possibly a Clear hard-top; this inversion of word order is not uncommon in EN; I would be surprised if any kind of clamp could be made of 'clear' material. Unless, of course, it's a separate item on Asker's list: it might just be 'blank'!

  -> This looks like a disconnected sequence of bits in alphabetical order, so I didn't even try to make a connection with the rest. "Clear" on its own could indeed be anything, but in the context of auto parts, it may just be a qualifier for another bit.
