A mon avis, c'est l'idée de ne pas sortir de ses routines favorisant une bonne hygiène mentale (yoga, méditation...etc) de rester dans un état réflexif, méditatif, presque constant malgré les évènements extérieurs, le contexte quelque fois envahissant....comme Noël et la période des fêtes en général.
On pourrait dire "un Noël en pleine conscience"

agree  Slama-Clauzel Traductions: Je suis d'accord. Ça fait sûrement référence au concept très à la mode de "mindfulness", qu'on appelle en français "pleine conscience"

  -> En effet. C'est une reference assez précise à ce concept (voir "petit boudha" en France ou "headspace" en Amérique)
agree  Gilles Wandel: Je préfère "un Noël en pleine conscience" ou "un Noël Zen". "Un Noël conscient" me fait penser à la sensibilisation à une cause sociale/humanitaire/environnementale.
