It's all hands on deck" par : Ils sont toujours en vigilance tempête. Ils ont besoin de tout le monde. Cependant, il reste une question qui pourrait influer sur la traduction. Comme vous indiquez qu'il s'agit d'un film, il faut savoir si storm view est juste utilisé comme expression ou si dans le script il est écrit en majuscule (ce qui en ferait le titre de l'emission)....
