Does anyone know an accurate translation of sub-editor? And something that would work for the full job title of Deputy Chief Sub-Editor?
It's for my CV in French. I held this position at an economical research firm/publisher. The important elements to note are that:
-The job of a sub-editor in the UK involves editing text: copy-editing and re-writing/restructuring etc, not only proofreading
-This particular job involved co-management of a team of sub-editors
