It is a database for libraries.

Any help on workflows linked to ordering? I don't see the link between ordering and selection AND workflow.

Même si du point de vue du service informatique c'est un "workflow", un "process" ou autre "backend", pour l'utilisateur c'est une méthode de sélection de livre, par éditeur, par auteur, par genre, par recommandation...

Et le plus souvent les "workflows" ne sont rien de plus qu'un ordinogramme, qui peut tout aussi bien en français être appelé méthode (et doit l'être en programmation objet)
