Traduction d'une procédure opératoire normalisée. Cette PON est destinée aux employés d'une entreprise produisant des médicaments. Je trouve l'acronyme IM dans la phrase suivante :

« All Agreements related to PV/IM department are stored in a dedicated archive room or in a dedicated locked metal cabinet in the PV department. »

PV = pharmacovigilance

C'est la seule occurence de l'acronyme dans le document. J'ai pensé à « internal medicine », mais je ne vois pas ce que ça ferait ici.

Mais bon, seul le contexte général pourra vous orienter. Il y a effectivement des cas de collaboration entre ces deux entités, les services de médecines internes étant un fourre-tout.
