Si je comprends bien, c'est soit l'un, soit l'autre, mais pas les deux. Le "ou" français est inclusif. Pour traduire un "ou exclusif" on peut utiliser la formulation ci-dessus.
En fait, ici, je suppose qu'on doit choisir soit le cadre en rotation, soit (s'il n'est pas en rotation) le deuxième, c'est pourquoi le "sinon" convient assez bien.

Pour coller vraiment au plus à la source (brevet oblige)... C'est ce que j'utilise tout le temps, je n'ai jamais eu de retour négatif sur cette formulation.
