photos de charme Explanation: "cheesecake : Informal. . Also called leg art. photographs featuring scantily clothed attractive women. " http://dictionary.reference.com/browse/cheesecake?s=t -------------------------------------------------- Note added at 7 hrs (2014-02-05 20:06:11 GMT) -------------------------------------------------- "The word "cheesecake," if you didn't know, does not refer solely to the tastry made with sweetened cream cheese and a crumb crust. It can also be used as a term for images -- photographs, drawings or even comics -- of attractive, and most often scantily-clad or (on some occations) naked women. While definitely intended to titillate (in all senses of the word), it's not actually pornographic; the classic "pin-up" image, where no actual sex is involved, is perhaps the ultimate example of cheesecake. Indeed, some people even go so far as to say that "pin-up" and "cheesecake" are just two words for the same thing, a view I don't really share... after all, a comic book can be pure cheesecake, but nobody in their right mind would call a comic a pin-up. So I think I'd rather say that pin-ups are a type of cheesecake. (In case you're wondering, similar images or comics or whatever about near-naked men is called "beefcake.") Now, as we who know her all realize, sarahcoldheart loves cheesecake. And I'm still not talking about the pastry. So I promised that I would draw her some. Sarah's preferred brand of cheesecake includes strong, skimpily-clad and sexy girls who either wield big swords or big guns -- and it should ideally be tongue-in-cheek, not intended to be taken seriously for a moment, and include a lot of witty banter as well. In short, it should be something along the line of Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Birds of Prey or even FemForce (that is, if the FemForce girls were a little more proactive and a little less inclined to spend so much time getting overpowered and tied up). Along this line, and cranking up the irony-meter a notch, I came up with a concept by the name of T&A -- and yes, I know what "T&A" usually stands for; that's part of the joke -- about two sexy and scantily-clad girls, Tyra and Aretha, one a swordswoman and the other a gunwoman, as they have daring and exciting adventures featuring sexy-looking fights against evil villains (and bananas with tentacles, a double-phallic image that Sarah insisted on being included). Oh, and they're lesbian lovers, did I mention that?" http://hyaroo.livejournal.com/34081.html?thread=37665 |
