neutral  Tony M: Unlikely, really, B, as these are generally referring to stills shoots — and in all my years in the film & TV industry, I've never heard the 'slate' referred to as 'marker'; but it may be a kind of ID to say which room the photos were taken in.

neutral  Daryo: I don't think there are shooting movies - more like a series of still images; it must be s.t. similar to this but I have the feeling that rereading the whole ST would be more useful than expecting help from s.o. with no context available
