Larger stress can be generated when random vibration is superposed on flashback vibration. Such a possibility was examined by checking the operation records. It was confirmed by this check that, when the load rejection test is conducted under 20% load conditions during commissioning, flashback vibration occurs immediately after the load rejection and the turbine continues to rotate without load, generating random vibration continuously. This means that both stress vibrations occurred simultaneously. Load rejection test under 20% load conditions was conducted twice during the commissioning operation.
