Il est même apparu dans un article de L'Expansion, à la grande colère d'un lecteur (voir lien avec réponse) Je pense que c'est également le terme utilisé lors du MIPIM (Marché International des Professionnels de l'Immobilier) qui a lieu chaque année à Cannes (aussi important, si pas plus que le Festival International du Cinéma) : voir lien où sur le site en français, de nombreux mots anglais sont utilisés. En français, à partir du moment où l'on parle de building (bizarre: depuis combien de temps utilisons-nous ce mot?), on sait qu'il s'agit d'un immeuble.
