Explanation:
I work for several French real estate investment companies and they always talk about their covenants (even in French).
The two main covenants being the interest cover ratio, and the loan-to-value ratio.
Given that they are borrowing hundreds of millions from international banking syndicates, it is the banks that impose this "anglicism" on them.
It never seems to creat any confusion.
Sorry that my suggestion is not a real translation.

loan-to-value ratio=ratio de la valeur attribuée par un prêteur à un immeuble pour fins de financement par rapport à sa valeur marchande
interest cover ratio= ratio de couverture du service de la dette à même le cash-flow généré par l'immeuble financé
