Je ne vois pas trop ce que signifie la fin de la phrase. Je dirais que la société dispose d'une équipe d'avocats et de courtiers s'occupant des contrats de location falsifiés, mais il ne s'agit que d'une supposition. L'équipe est-elle au service des occupants, ou sont-ce les occupants qui falsifient ?

neutral  Tony M: I agree with your overall interpretation (as I have already said in discussion box), but I think 'forged' needs to be rendered by something a lot stronger than simply 'pour' / I'm ill placed to judge, but that certainly sounds better to me!
