Que signifie cold ici, par opposition aux warm et hot markets, en immobilier ?
hot = marché recherché/prisé, je suppose

One year from now, in Q3 2014, we expect there will be 32 Hot markets, 56 Warm markets and 17 Cold markets and the European Fair Value Index score to be 57. This is a significant change in the current position and means that buying opportunities are set to recede over the coming year. Most of the downgrades in classification are expected to be from Hot to Warm, with 30 markets expected to experience this change
