"country specific" to the country of origin of this insurance company - AFAIK English is not an official language in Switzerland, so a Swiss insurance company would be translating its Terms and Conditions INTO English. This sounds more like an insurance company from US / UK / ... trying to get into the Switzerland's insurance market, and possibly not bothering to remove parts that might not be relevant to Switzerland at all.

This "call seeker" looks like something used with Civil Band radio communication, which is quite widespread in US

I think you'll find this is just the predecessor to a pager, which didn't give any detailed caller information, but simply 'beeped' to indicate someone was trying to contact you, so you could get to a phone and find out who it was and what they wanted.

Plus the sentence is about "claiming damages", one more clue that "call seekers (beeps)" are some kind of telecom devices.

From what country is this ST? It might be some country specific jargon.

Like "cell phones" in US and "mobiles" in UK ....
