Matelassage étroit Explanation: Le terme "matelassage" n'est pas parfait mais je crois que la langue française ne nous offre pas mieux cette fois-ci. Si le terme "matelassage" se réfère habituellement à une forme précise des coutures, généralement en quadrillage ("quilt" en anglais), ici, il fait référence à des coutures peu espacées et donc précise que le motif généré par ces dernières est étroit.
