As a consequence, payments of generic budgets to agencies/associations or forfait reimbursements of amounts to health workers, without any visibility or proof of the actual costs incurred, are not allowed.

The principle of the 'forfait' is the following: you are reimbursed 50% of the forfait for each night you spent in the country and 25% for each meal, independently of the money you really spent for your accommodation and food. Note, however, that you must prove the number of nights you spent in the country by providing a bill of your hotel when you come back (this bill is used to compute the number of nights you spent, not the amount of money to be reimbursed!).
