Ich frage mich, ob man diesen Begriff mit Kapitalrücklage oder mit Agiorücklage übersetzen sollte.
Als Übersetzungsvorschlag finde ich zumeist Kapitalrücklage. Schaue ich jedoch in § 272 HGB sehe ich, dass Kapitalrücklage ein übergeordneter Begriff ist und die Agiorücklage (der Begriff kommt dort nicht vor) ein Unterposten der Kapitalrücklage zu sein scheint.

Das ist der Betrag, der gem. § 242 Abs. 2 Nr. 1 HGB gesondert auszuweisen ist. Eine Rücklage im eigentlichen Sinne ist das Agio nicht. Es wird nur bilanztechnisch so behandelt, deswegen ist es in der Bilanz als Kapitalrücklage auszuweisen.
