English term or phrase: out./off-/on-/in-times
Es geht um ein System zur Planung der Landereihenfolge von Flugzeugen; in das System sind mehrere Arten von Daten einzugeben, u.a. Ereignis-/Positionsdaten. Unter diesem Punkt heipt es dann
• Scheduled Out and Scheduled Off times
• Scheduled On and Scheduled In times

Weiß jemand, was darunter zu verstehen ist?? Danke.

Not terribly sure about this ...

OUT: Startzeit (finde ich nicht eindeutig -- vielleicht besser Abblockzeit)
OFF: Abflugzeit
ON: Ankunftszeit
IN: Landezeit

The moment the brakes are released, the aircraft will transmit OUT time, fuel and other miscellaneous data to the airline's host computers. Proceeding to the runway, the crew performs their pre take-off flight checks and receives final load information and engine settings. At the beginning of the runway, the pilot flying selects the take-off thrust and releases the brakes. During the take-off, engine performance parameters will be polled from the airline's host computer and this will be continuously done at random during the rest of the flight. When the aircraft rotates, the OFF time is transmitted to both the airline host computer and the Aerodrome Control Unit.

The Out-Off-On-In (OOOI) data contain the tail numbers for NWA flights and commuter advanced regional jets (ARJs), but not for commuter propeller planes. We sorted the NWA Excel spreadsheet data by tail number, date, and out time to obtain the flight leg sequence for each aircraft. We use a list of equipment turn times (a function of the aircraft type and airport category) to determine how much turn time is required before the equipment is ready for the next flight leg. Thus, equipment availability time = actual in time + turn time.

In our model, landings at hubs are treated as independent events. In this example for NW560, although NW580 from DEN to MSP was moved up 9 minutes because of the resequencing of NW560, when we resequence the NW580 arrival bank later in the day, we treat NW580 as arriving at
its actual on time.

After resequencing, this flight had the further advantage of being less than 15 minutes late and therefore improved the DOT A14% (the percentage of flights arriving within 15 minutes of scheduled in time)
on-time performance. However, without utilizing extra slots, other flights are delayed, so the overall improvement in the DOT14 percentage is small.

The Client Interface Modules are simply the web browsers used by the stakeholders using the CRS system. Typically, the stakeholders access a standard query form based on the dataset that they are interested in. One particular data schema in reference to Air Traffic Management (ATM) is the OOOI data set. This data set deals with the Out/Off/On/In times when a plane backs “out” from the terminal, lifts its wheels “off” the runway, lands back “on” the arrival runway, and finally pulls “in” to the arrival airport terminal. The query form in figure 11 shows a form that is compatible with the CRS distributed data management system.

-- was heißen würde, dass ich oben jeweils IN und ON und OFF und ON vertauscht habe. Hier nochmal:

OUT: Abflugzeit
OFF: Startzeit
ON: Landezeit
IN: Ankunftszeit

Aber bei OUT/IN bin ich immer noch nicht sicher, ob es nicht bessere Begriffe dafür gibt.
