Zwar wird er je nach Kontext manchmal als "Gegenspannung"/"Vorspannung",etc. übersetzt, aber wenn "Sperrrichtung" gemeint ist, sagt man eher "reverse-bias direction/mode":www.scantec.online.de Jedoch in über 40% der Übersetzungen wird dieser Begriff als "Sperrvorspannung" übersetzt.
