ich sitze gerade an einem Sicherheitsdatenblatt, und ich habe Probleme mit dem Begriff "dosed up" in the following sentence:

Structural analogue substance AH110690 did not induce micronuclei in the polychromatic erythrocytes of bone marrow of male rats treated intravenously with 240 ìg/kg body weight. AH110690 ***dosed up*** to 60 ìg/kg body weight showed no induction of unscheduled DNA synthesis (UDS) in rat hepatocytes isolated ex vivo 2-4 or 12-14 hours after dosing.

Ich würde das mit "erhöhter Dosierung" übersetzen, jedoch ist die Verringerung von 240 ìg/kg auf 60 ìg/kg keine "Erhöhung der Dosierung". Weiß jemand, was das bedeutet?

agree  Steffen Walter: Ja, denn hier geht es nicht um eine Dosiserhöhung vom ersten zum zweiten Sachverhalt. Die beiden Sätze im Kontext beschreiben unterschiedliche, für die jeweils genannte Dosierung nicht nachgewiesene Wirkungen, die nicht miteinander im Zusammenhang stehen.
