Bin mir etwas unsicher bezüglich "Overdose is accepted" und würde mich über eine Erklärung freuen.

Note:
Setting of reaction wells varies with sample quantity.
Each run should contain blank and positive controls.
Thaw RT-PCR buffer, enzyme mix and reaction mix from -20±5°C at room temperature in reagent preparation zone.
Vortex RT-PCR buffer, enzyme mix and reaction for 5 seconds before use.
Invert repeatedly upside down 5 times to mix.
Centrifuge at 5000 rpm for 5 seconds.
Label the 1.5 mL tube as Master Mix.
Double check reaction quantity (N), including sample quantity (n) to be tested, blank and positive control quantity (overdose is accepted)."

Asker: Thanks, but I asked for an explanation (I know how to look up in dictionaries). My question referred to the technical side and not to finding a litteral translation or an appropriate wording in German. Überdosis is inappropriate anyway.
