Wie würdet Ihr das Eingesternte im Deutschen gekonnt sagen? Hauptverantwortliche? Führungskräfte? Anderes? Übersetzung muss halt zur In-Text-Def passen :‑) und das tut Führungskräfte nun mal nicht, denn Gesellschafter/Anteilseinhaber sind keine.

Frage ist etwas näher an PRO als an Non-PRO.

NB '..... then all *persons* possessing a right to control that entity ...* doesn't spell out natural vs. legal persons and IMO is highly problematical legal drafting, as a UK partnership, as in DEU, can be a member of a co./ Kapitalgesellschaft.

(PoA) Vollmachtgeber > donor of a power of attorney vs. donees bzw. agents (Bevollmächtigte).

Unternehmens- bzw. Organträger, both as natural and legal persons for tax purposes, come into the frame, but as 'principals' of other organsations.

neutral  D. I. Verrelli: A more wordy option, albeit logically explained. I can't find examples of the phrase using "Einflußnahme", but I found a handful using the phrase with Kontrolle, including to translate PSC: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/People_with_Significant_Contro...
