Was meint ihr? Soll ich einfach wörtlich übersetzen.

Und dann würde ich in Klammern ruhig neben dem englischen Begriff auch die wörtliche deutsche Übersetzung nennen. Vielleicht mit Bindestrich, um klar zu machen, was gefällt wird: Speichelprotein-Fällungsindex.
