Reference: @thefastshow Reference information: Your Sigma-Aldrich reference shows that p-tertiary-octylphenoxy polyethyl alcohol is a (hazardous) ingredient/component of t-octylphenoxypolyethoxyethanol, not that they’re the same thing. I’d expect the former to be listed under „Synonyms“ if they were in fact the same. They seem to differ by an „ethoxy“. Tricky Q. |
