Auf einem Transcript of Records von einer lettischen Universität steht unter den Studentenangaben, in der allerdings schon die "personal id no." und die "student card no." aufgeführt sind, ganz unten auf einer Linie mit dem enrolment date in Klammern "Decree no. ..../2015/.... ausgestellt am ../../2015 - das Immatrikulationsdatum des Studenten ist auch der gleiche Monat und Jahr wie die decree no., allerdings ist die decree number ungefähr zwei Wochen zuvor ausgegeben worden. Was könnte das denn sein? Evtl. "Zulassungsnummer" oder so etwas in der Art??? Ich stehe auf dem Schlauch und freue mich auf Eure Vorschläge, vielen Dank schon einmal an alle, die sich beteiligen.
