Mir ist zwar nicht so ganz klar, ob es hier um ein Hotel geht, aber ich würde den ersten Teil des Satzes so übersetzen: "Die Gäste haben (bei uns?) ein zweites Zuhause/Bei uns haben die Gäste ein zweites Zuhause"...
