Anordnung zum Scoping Explanation: Bei so etwas schaue ich gern im "Eurodicautom" nach; dort findet man für "scoping" (Bereich Umwelt) die deutsche Übersetzung "Scoping". Google ergibt viele Treffer für "Scoping". Es handelt sich hierbei um den Arbeitsschritt bei Umweltverträglichkeitsprüfungen, bei dem der Untersuchungsrahmen für diese Studie definiert wird. Ich verstehe den Satz so, dass der Umweltminister die Anordnung gibt, das Scoping(-Verfahren) einzuleiten.
