Explanation:
IMHO opinion this is a very tough term.

Whereas the second part uses the usual terminology with the "Euroskeptiker" the first part should be translated a bit more neutral.

Therefore I would choose a term which clearly shows that these members of the parliament simply refuse the single currency and the scenario behind the neo-functionalism which leads to one single European State.

Therefore the term "den Euro ablehnende [Abgeordnete] would be the most suitable translation.

It doesn't convey the image or association of an illness which a term would transport which cites the image of the "Eurosklerose" or similar things.

"Den Euro ablehnend" includes different political colours and opinions and doesn't shed light on the things we don't know from the source.

Therefore it would be my choice.
