Explanation: Hi, es geht hier um zwei unterschiedliche Rechtssysteme, 1. dem "common law", oft auch "case law" genannt 2. dem civil law Ich denke Staat in Deinem Fall ist als Land gedacht. State würde einen Bundesstaat meinen, und alle US Bundesstaaten sind common law. Ich würde Common Law unübersetzt lassen. Die präziseste deutsche Übersetzung die ich anbieten kann - "Land mit Common Law".
