Unwägbarkeit


Explanation:
Mit „Unwägbarkeit“ ließe es sich vielleicht auch gut formulieren. Zuerst hielt ich das Wort „Unwägbarkeit“ für etwas zu altbacken, aber irgendwie gefällt es mir.

„Ich mag die Unwägbarkeit sportlicher Wettkämpfe und wie die Teams/Spieler damit umgehen.“
„Die Unwägbarkeit von Wettkämpfen und wie die Spieler damit umgehen, finde ich interessant.“

Alternativ auch „Unberechenbarkeit“ oder „Unvorhersehbarkeit“.
