'Context' is a word you will have seen requested on many occasions while you have been following this site.

Here, we really need to know who is saying (or has said) what and to whom, before we know which of the two answers posted may be more appropriate.

I have agreed with one of the answers, as it is more or less neutral and can be used in all scenarios, but Wendy's can really only be used in a negative sense. So as you see, that little bit of extra context could be highly significant.
