Nix mit Ausnahmen - welche auch? Bevorzugung einer Partei?? Moody's führt "exemptions" auf, allerdings deckt sich das nicht für mich - vor allem nicht bei "party" (das ist auch keine "person"). Das vermutliche Original:
"prohibit any direct or indirect payment of money or anything of value to any person, including without limitation, any government official, international organization, political party, party official or candidate for political office, to improperly induce, influence or reward the recipient in any way for any act,"
