German translation: Infektion mit humanen Papillomviren

English term or phrase: HPV-Infektion
How do you spell out HPV-Infektion?

I don't want to say "infection with HPV" but "human-papillomavirus-infection".

Eg.

Es liegt eine Humanes-Papillomavirus-Infektion vor. (Is that correct?)

Notes to answerer
Asker: Thanks Regina for trying to answer the actual question! I think hyphenation throughout (Humane-Papillomaviren-Infektion) is the only grammatically logical way to make sure it's one term, but avoiding it by using an explanation in brackets should is also a good solution or using the turnaround "Infektion mit ...". Putting in plural like in your suggestion also reads a lot easier than in singular "Humaner-Papillomavirus-Infektion", not sure why though. You'd think it would work, since virus practically used like a mass noun. Anyway, thanks a lot!
