Ich weiß, "insult" wurde im Bereich Medizin schon häufiger in diesem Forum erfragt, dennoch möchte ich sichergehen.

Was wäre in diesem Zusammenhang eine treffende Übersetzung? "Auswirkung?/Belastung durch?" Oder könnte insult hier auch mit "Ereignis" übersetzt werden?
