Die Abbildung zeigt, dass die Granula mit der Bildung neuer Viruspartikel in Zusammenhang stehen. 2) Folgender Link (Handbuch der allgemeinen Pathologie) verwendet den Begriff "Granula" auf das "Virusantigen" bezogen, das "anfangs als feine Granula, später als gröbere Schollen..." erkennbar ist: https://books.google.de/books?id=mSnQBgAAQBAJ&pg=PA393&lpg=P... Im selben Buch wird auch beschrieben, wie es innerhalb des Reifungsprozesses eines Virus zur Bildung von "Granula" bzw. einem "Granulum" kommt: https://books.google.de/books?id=_EKfBwAAQBAJ&pg=PA461&lpg=P...
