agree  hazmatgerman (X): Zwei Anmerkungen: der Begriff wird im IAEO-Bereich (selten) auch zur Abgrenzung von Dual use-Gütern gebraucht, und die Verwendung von "earned out" finde ich interessant.

neutral  hazmatgerman (X): Im Gefahrgutbereich, dem ja die IAEO-Publikationen materialmäßig zugeordnet werden können, versteht man unter "handelsüblicher Artikel" lediglich ein "commercial item", also ohne den Qualitätsaspekt. Gruß.
