Dampfmuscheln Explanation: I have to disagree with the previous poster as this refers to another famous clam dish: steamed clams. The steam part refers to the way the clams are prepared (maybe similar to Dampfnudeln in Germany? :-) Check out the recipe link for a few yummie dishes!
