1. Oberflächenwasser, das in technische Anlagen und Einrichtungen der Zivilisation eindringen kann und daher erschmutzungsgefährdet ist (contact stormwater)
2. frei abfließendes und versickerndes Oberflächenwasser ohne derartige Kontaktmöglichkeiten (non-contact water)

Explanation:
non-contact might mean the water is not contaminated with faeces or other material that usually is part of waste water, it is handled in a separate sewer system
