Es handelt sich dabei um Personenstands-Recht; um die Rolle von Mensch und Person aus Naturrechtlicher, sowie Vertragsrechtlicher sicht.

Durch die Entstehung der Person (wohlgemerkt nicht bei Geburt des Menschen sondern durch Geburtsbescheinigung beim Standesamt) entsteht (auf gut-englisch) ein Trust, welcher den "Treuen Händen" des Staats obligt. Rein rechtsphilosophisch (hauptsächlich aus rechtsnegativer Sicht) soll der Treugeber (in vollstreckender Position) zu jedem Zeitpunkt der -der Person zugehörige- Mensch selber sein. Geregelt ist das u. vieles mehr im sog. Trust Law.

Das Wörterbuch spuckt leider immer nur eine Übersetzung für anti-trust Law aus.
