Immer noch in der Aufgabenbeschreibung für Buchhalter im Outlet-Center:
Actively manage leasing and management fees and any other re-payments and re-charges to ensure that they are correctly recorded, justified and settled on a timely basis and are balanced each month and cleared at the end of each month.

Ich habe ein Problem damit, ausreichend Verben dafür zu finden, was mit diesen Gebühren machen kann. Vor allem der Unterschied zwischen settled, balanced und cleared ist mir nicht klar.
