Ich bin mir nicht sicher, wie hier das „run“ zu verstehen ist:

The Person Primarily Responsible (PPR) **runs the balance** of the AR reconciliation accounts by using the transaction F.08 “Account balance report” or FS10N “Balance Display” or S_ALR_87012172 “Customer Balance in local currency.”

Außerdem kommt noch vor: "to run a report", "to run the balance sheet report"

The PPR **runs the Balance Sheet report** by using the transaction F.01 “Create Balance Sheet” in OneSAP (and FS10N “Display Account Balance”, FBL3N “G/L Account Line Item Display” for USA and Canada). He inputs the balances of all fixed asset reconciliation accounts (general ledger) into an Excel list, which is the fixed assets reconciliation file.

Then, the PPR **runs the report** for “Asset History Sheet” by using the transaction AR02.

Explanation:
"run" heisst bei SAP im Allgemeinen 'erstellen'
(run the payroll - Abrechgung erstellen, abrechnen
run the report - Bericht erstellen usw.)

'ausfüllen' eher nicht, weil der 'Run' bei SAP die Daten aus der Datenbank selbstständig einträgt - dafür ist ja SAP so umfangreich und überfrachtet.
