The PPR enters and releases accruals, **clears the account** and reconciles the rebate related accruals.

After transferring the CO cross company postings, the PPR cancels all postings of document type ZB in USD and posts them newly in Euros (EUR) using F-02 “Enter G/L Account Posting” or FB50 “G/L Acct Pstg: Single Screen Transaction” to present the non trade intercompany liabilities and receivables in EUR with document type KR and RI. After the cancellation the PPR **clears the account**. After the clearing, there should be no postings left with document type ZB at period-end. The PPR compares the balance in OneSAP and the balance confirmation received from the inter-company legal entity with supporting documentation.
