The PPR receives an Excel spreadsheet from the **Billing Coordinator** that lists all Delivery Notes for orders that have been dispatched but not yet invoiced. Based on the INCO terms the PPR determines whether revenue should be accrued or cost of goods sold should be reversed. The PPR consults the Delivery Note in OneSAP using the transaction VL03N “Display Outbound Delivery” and consults the document flow to obtain the COGS of the respective delivery. The PPR consults the blocked invoice report for appropriate sales revenue amounts unless an item is blocked for pricing. If blocked for pricing, PPR contacts the **billing coordinator** for proper pricing information.
