neutral  Erik Freitag: Die Rheinische Verlaufsform "am Laufen" ist hier mit Sicherheit fehl am Platze: Übler Stilpatzer. "In Betrieb" wäre eine von zahlreichen Möglichkeiten, die ohne weiteren Zusammenhang nicht zu bewerten ist.
