ABC is a contractor for many state, local and federal entities and complies with all related statutes. ABC is committed to providing reasonable accommodations to the physical and/or mental limitations of qualified applicants and employees. I'm trying to find a concise term for "(job) accommodation" in German in this context.

"Job accomodation" or "provide (reasonable) accodomodation" is a key term in ADA. It means the employer has to make reasonable efforts to help disabled people. It covers a lot of things: making the offices accessible for the disabled, provide technical aids, provide part time work etc.

"provide reasonable accommodations" can be translated as "wirksam in den Betrieb eingliedern", "durch zumutbare Hilfsmassnahmen wirksam in den Betrieb eingliedern"
