Jährliches Stundenkontingent passt nicht so recht, (wird oft verwendet für ein Kontingent für zusätzliche Aufgaben, z. B. für Lehrer (Schullandheim, AG's...) ). Und in meinem Kontext geht es um Modelle der Arbeitszeitflexibilisierung.

Zur Abgeltung des Zeitbonus kann dem Arbeitnehmer Freizeit wie bei Urlaub bis zu einer zusammenhängenden Dauer von ... Wochen/Monaten gewährt werden.
