English term or phrase: remote social worker
I have been a qualified Social Worker/Mental Health Officer now for xxx years working in a variety of settings. For the last xxx years I have worked as a *remote social worker* for the xxx in various parts of the country. Initially, I covered an area in England extending from greater Manchester, where most members were located, across to Leeds and Sheffield.

Sozialarbeiter mit entferntem Arbeitsplatz?
From the whole text, I gather that it is not a "Heimarbeitsplatz", as the person also travels and visits patients.

Thanks for your help.

Telesozialarbeiter

Explanation:
