Prozessfähigkeit Explanation: Hallo, Process capability = Prozessfähigkeit, Prozesstauglichkeit, Fertigungspräzision oder erreichbare Fertigungsgenauigkeit. Ich verwende in der Regel Prozessfähigkeit oder Prozesstauglichkeit. Die Prozesstauglichkeit ist eine quantifizierbare Größe. Ich würde in diesem Zuammenhang key measurable als "wichtigste Messgröße" übersetzen. TIQ habe ich nicht gefunden, ich kenne in diesem Zusammenhang nur die Abkürzung von TQ = Total Quality. und ich nehme an, das die gemeint ist. TQ-Systeme (z.B.
