Does "Der Primärsteuerkreis zur Temperaturregelung begrenzt das umlaufende Wasser auf einen maximalen Sollwert von 41C" sound right?

Der primäre Temperaturregelkreis begrenzt die Temperatur des umgewälzten Wassers (Umwälzpumpe) auf einen maximalen Sollwert von 41°C.
